Stacy Fennell (she/her),

LMFT, CMHS

I am a licensed therapist practicing for the past 28 years, with 23 years as a clinical supervisor,  and 21 years as a Washington State Approved Supervisor. I have experience working with many populations, including individual and family therapy for all ages, neurodiversities, ethnicities, gender identities and sexual orientations.

Areas of Focus:

Weight Management:

I have been overweight most of my life. I’ve tried all the diets and experienced all the high and lows. Living in an unhealthy body impacted all areas of my life, in good and bad ways. Between my own experiences and trainings in weight management, nutrition, bariatics, and GLP-1 medications, I have developed a deeper understanding of why people have food issues, the biology of obesity (yes, I said the O word), and the skills necessary to reach my wellness goals.

I have lost and gained weight many times, but in 2020, when I reached my highest weight of 270, I decided it was time to try again. Over the next year I lost 110lbs. But as we all know, that’s when the real work begins (to keep it off!).

Relationships:

As a licensed marriage and family therapist I have worked with all demographics and relationship dynamics. There is an increase in people choosing non-traditional relationships, and there isn’t enough support and understanding around these dynamics. My current focus is to support people navigating ENM and poly relationships.
