Counseling Services are provided under my WA state clinical license and require an assessment, diagnosis and a treatment plan. These services are intended to address impairments caused by mental, emotional or behavioral challenges. Counseling services are not intended to last forever. My belief is that all people are able to manage their own lives, but we all just need some help once in a while.

Coaching Services are not provided under my WA state clinical license. These services are intended to support behavioral changes necessary to improve overall wellness.
