I love helping people discover and reach their health, wellness, and professional goals. I’m a realist, and know that change and growth are hard. I have learned that obtainable changes over time are the most successful. Sometimes people are ready for change and the growth that comes with it, other times, they need help getting to that ready place.

I also love the outdoors and living in the PNW allows me full access to so many beautiful places. When I was heavier, getting to those places was a lot harder. In a healthier body, not only am I able to get there but I don’t feel like I want to die when I do!
